  2. Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • Available for UAE orders only.
    • Pay at your doorstep when you receive your order.
  3. Bank Transfer:
    • Select this option at checkout to view our bank details.
    • For international transfers, ensure that the full payment (excluding bank fees) is received in our account.
  4. Cash Payments:
    • Visit our physical store and pay in cash for a hassle-free transaction.

Note: All prices include UAE VAT where applicable.

Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle refunds:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Products must be unopened and in original condition.
    • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Consumables like e-liquids, coils, pods, and disposables cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Contact our customer support team at vapify.ae@gmail.com to initiate a refund.
    • Include your Order Number, Name, and the reason for return with clear photos (if applicable).
    • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  4. Refund Timeframe:
    • Approved refunds to your original payment method will be issued within 7 business days.
    • Shipping charges and bank fees are non-refundable.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for international orders if the shipment is delayed or held by customs.

Returns Policy

If you receive a defective product, we're here to help:

  1. Return Conditions:
    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
    • The customer covers shipping costs for returns.

    • Opened products, e-liquids, coils, pods, and disposables cannot be returned.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 14-day warranty for devices with manufacturer defects. The warranty covers:

  • LED screen issues
  • Charging port malfunctions
  • Battery issues (e.g., auto firing, turning off unexpectedly)
  • Chip malfunctions

What's Not Covered:

  • E-liquids, coils, batteries, tanks, and disposable vapes
  • Damage from misuse, dropping, or unauthorized repairs
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, finish issues)
  • Water damage, fire damage, or juice spillage

How to Claim Warranty:

Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your item. You must cover the shipping cost to return the item for inspection.
